    Hunt and Gather ingredients from farmers along the Bow-Edison Food Trail to create a four course meal at home.

    Join us for a fantastical In Farmer’s Field Dinner experience with several courses of lovely foods created from ingredients gathered along the Bow-Edison Food Trail by Organic Chef Ryan Ross.

    Chef Ryan’s style is best described as eclectic, accessible, innovative, and colorful. Her delicious, organic, farm-to-table dinners nourish and celebrate health, family, friends, and the local farms she sources from. 
    A transplant from Brooklyn, NY, Ryan now calls Bow, Wa home.  She has worked in the field of bespoke dining and food–centric events for the last seven years. As a child in Warrenton, VA, Ryan first developed an interest in food through her mother’s organic health food store, The Natural Marketplace. She went on to attend the Natural Gourmet Institute of NYC and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and is a certified Holistic Health Practitioner by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. As a recipe writer and product developer, Ryan has consulted for restaurants on Little Corn Island, Nicaragua, in Munich, Germany and Paris, France. Health supportive, festive, organic, and local food is her passion. She will happily accommodate the dietary needs of vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or dairy-free gourmands.
